Business account suspended

My business account was suspended due to one director being deceased. we have rectified and submitted all the relevant required documents to the bank on the 22/12/2020 till to date no feedback. The most terrible thing is that we have subcontractors to be paid and we cannot resume business due to this issue being unresolved.
