Business account query

Yesterday I went to the secunda branch and they had their doors closed because they were about to close,I know we have the pandemic going and all but it's not excuse for them telling to shout from behind the closed door because I wanted to ask for information on opening a business account. I'm not happy at all with that and now I'm even doubting on joining their team. The second thing is I tried applying online and their system keeps crashing They can't even verify my identity.
