Business Account Opening

I have been trying to open a business account with Nedbank for the past 3 months. It all started through internet, I filled my details and call centre agent phoned. gave him all details and said account approved subject to handing over documents.<br> <br> I arranged to deliver them through Parktown branch. All documents were delivered to [Email Removed] around 05-February-2015) and he promised to come back to me. 2 week later I received an sms from nedbank saying I should fetch my card. When I get to the branch they told me other documents still outstanding and they promised to follow up and get back to me.<br> <br> 2 weeks passed and I then went again to the branch. A helpful lady by name of Busi, phoned the call centre and the requested me to handin documents to do FICA again. I did. Yesterday, I went to the bank(Southgate branch) and they told me they have escalated the FICA issue because it has been approved but they cant find the documents. <br> <br> The issue has been escalated again and they told me its going to take two days and should be able to get my card.Ref number# ***0.<br> <br> Its now going to the fourth month. I know longer feel interested and going back to current bank
