Business account

Good day ,

I have been using nedbank for the pass few years now and I was happy with the service and I came 2weeks ago to try and open business

When I went in the bank I was told I can open 6months free business account but they had told me I need to call the business call centre line , which I did ,when my first question was can I open a 6months free account the agent (Fezeka)said I cannot because the system of the free 6months business account is not working I was under the impression that it's longer going to be activated so I agreed to opening an account which is closest to cost effective.........

Today when I got to the banker (Siya)asked me asked me why don't I open the 6months free account since my business is new ...I explained to him that I was told that the it's not working and Fezeka didn't fully explain that I can even do it myself online and check if the system is working or not I was told I need to set up an appointment to open an account..... please may someone look into to this as I am not happy at all with the situation as I won't be able to afford to maintain my business account atleast till my company is up and running and how the call agent handle my situation I feel I was being ******* to open high maintenance business account.

I am extremely disappointed with how the call centre agent (Fezeka ) handled me as I feel I was being ******* ,can someone assistant into looking in my issue .
