Business account

Hi I've opened up a business account with Nedbank. I've been 3 times to the bank just to collect my card and on all those occasions I have been told to wait in the long queue. When I app****, there was no waiting, I was met and dealt with without hastle. Now that I want to collect a card in order to start a business and make ends meet, I'm forced to wait in line. Everytime I go the branch is closed, so a new pick up point is assigned making me wait longer to launch my business. I stay in Benoni, all the branches in my are are closed forcing everyone to go to Eastrand mall. I'm terribly disappointed.
