business account blocked without prior notice

I am a Nedbank client since 1993. Nedbank just went ahead and blocked one of my business accounts (for it needs to be FICA) without any prior notice. No notifications?? This is not the first time it happened. In the times that we are living I really expected better service. Now my people did not get their salaries on time. My patience is running out with Nedbank.
