Business account ATM withdrawal increase

I opened a business account with Nedbank over a month ago and my cards were sent to the branch. Collected my cards but failed to withdraw cash from the ATM, checked the app only to discover that the limit was set to 0. Tried to increase the limit got an error. I called the call center and was asked to go into the branch which I did. They failed to assist me because I discovered it a few days later that I still couldn't change the limit. Went back to the bank and they apologized blaming the system. They requested that I leave while they do the investigations since it was going to take long. Following Monday got a call from the branch and they assured me that they are still working on my issue and my banker will come back to me. A week passed with no communication, contacted my banker who seemed not to know the issue. He failed to do anything after a few days then referred me to the call center. Called the call center today and was shocked to hear that the app does not have the increase of ATM withdrawal increase function. My frustration is it took over 3 weeks for Nedbank to tell me that they don't have that function.......
