Burst Geyser Claim - no feedback!

Seems this is the only way I am going to get somebody to return my call. Burst geyser. Assessor came out, got my own plumber to install new geyser, submitted all docs on 61-Jul - nobody phones me back to tell me I need to submit additional documentation. Unacceptable!
