Bunch of time wasters and freeloaders
I have now waited for Nedbank for almost a full week to get their act together. I app**** for a Savvy bundle account last week Tuesday. I received an email in reply that I was approved and needed to submit my payslip and proof of residence at a branch. I have done so and the lady at the Heidelberg branch, Colleen, said this should only take a day. Well its now the following week and nothing has changed and every singe person I speak to does not deliver. I have been on the Nedbank app since yesterday and spoke with 3 people. The first person I spoke with yesterday said he couldn't do anything and will put me through to the sales department today. I was cut off when I spoke to the sales lady today. No one one phoned back. I then tried the app again and this time I took a name, Lungile. Lungile didn't want to put me through to sales and said I must allow her to try and fix this and will come back to me before end of business today. Well it's after 4pm now and nothing happened. I tried the app again. This time a Leveena Moodley didn't know of my arrangement with Lungile nor could she get Lungile to phone me since she wanted her surname which I didn't think is important. It's not something you ask. So now nothing has happened and Nedbank. Funny thing thing is I have banked with Nedbank for almost a decade. On the same day I app**** for this, I app**** at FNB for an even better cheque account. A premier cheque account which is a R100 more than this Savvy thing. They approved me within minutes and the account was opened. I waited for a couple of days and my card was at the branch, ready for collection. It was still there. I was testing it to see which bank is faster...welll obviously by now, FNB seemed to be faster? Now my money in your bank is not even a drop in the pond but this year is the year where I'm going to buy a house and car and start making a life. It seems that Nedbank does not want to be apart of this otherwise they would've done their jobs. On a side note. I complained online on last week Friday. I received an email from Brinleigh McBride that she will escalate the matter. Nothing has turned up from that as well. Infact I was the only one trying to follow up on this matter. I have had no phone calls from Nedbank or anything! So much for loyalty and I am really contemplating leaving Nedbank for FNB and have been given no reason not to.
I've also asked Colleen at the Heidelberg branch to change my residence on my profile since it has changed and I had my telkom account there for proof. Apparently that's also not done because when I go online it still gives my old address. I seriously wonder, why do you receive salaries when you don't do what you're being paid to do?
