Bunch of ******!

I made a small loan from Nedbank and paid a few installments until I could afford to totally pay it off, which I did on the 18/03/20 after contacting Nedbank, given the settlement amount and was told that the matter would be settled and no further deductions will occur. To my suprize, on the 31 Mar, 1 Apr, 25 Apr, 28 Apr (2 deductions) were made for this particular account. I contacted their *********** service center and was told that there was nothing they could do. I want this investigated and for Nedbank to refund all these moneys with interest from the date of deduction.
