I am very disappointed. My nedbank loan is in arrears and was handed over to Nrb and have made payment arrangements nd a debit order goes off my capitec account however nedbank is aslo debiting my account. So nedbank loans is debiting my nedbank account and Nrb is debiting capitec.
This is uncepatable i need all monies that were debited by nedbank to be credited on my account. YOU HANDED ME OVER TO NRB Risk Solutions Ref nr: ********** 7001.
