I am having the worst experience with this bank and I am so angry.

So I asked to sell my property for me on my behalf because I have been struggling to sell for a year (NOTE I CAN AFFORD TO PAY MY BOND AND NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT, I JUST DONT WANT THE PROPERTY ANYMORE)

Why did this *********** bank team up with SEEFF and told them to advertise my property way below Market value. From what the agent from SEEFF told me, they never even attempted to sell it at market value but rather the reserve price. How do you start marketing a place for buying at reserve price first instead of trying to get the requested amount first?

I am not signing that OTP and will not be eligible for any costs incurred because you *****ed up. All of you.
