Bulletproof geyser

For the past 5 years, every time I submitted my claim the contractor will report that there’s no problem. During winter every night I have to wake up and close the water supply cause the vent valve will be leaking. I believe that I have paid more than 10 geysers and their installers in premiums. All I need is the new geyser. I can’t be paying for the insurance that doesn’t cover my emergencies.
