Bul**** and unfairly treated

I have been with MFC since 2021 June being a loyal client till to date ,then I was two months in arrears which amounted to R22 510.I was aware however I was called late February to make arrangements I told them on the 15 March 2025,on the 2nd March I received an email stating if I didn’t pay the total amount within 10 days I will be handed over.Before the 10 days I got a message coming from MFC CLO saying that I must call him regarding my account which was handed over for collection,I called him he told me to make at least one payment which I did R11 250 on the 18 March 2025 and send POP then he advised me to make arrangements for the remaining arrears and be specific on date and amounts which I requested 15 April 2025 and R11 250 he rejected it day after he demanded another payment within 4 days,I think I being bul**** and treated unfair because when I make arrangements they reject and threaten to take my car while I owe one instalment please help
