Building Insurance

I logged a call with Nedbank on 19 December 2016 for a pipe leak in my wall. I explained to them the extend of the damages. I was informed as "stated" in my policy that I need to get my own plumbers to repair the leak and replace the tiles. I kept on phoning plumbers in Secunda area for quotations. I'm strugling for two weeks now to get assistance from the plumbers. Today (29 December 2016 at 14:25) I phoned Nedbank again for assistance from their side as I pay them everymonth for insurance. But the only answer I got from the person answered the phone was " This is how we work and if the client can't get this fixed no extra amount will be paid out to the client." I feel that this is ********** I still need to pay my access fee to the plumber. Why can Nedbank only supply their own plumbers when my geyser leaks but not when pipes leaks and damages are occuring inside my structures. If my walls collapse it will be given as poor craftsmanship like they did with my floor in my living room that fell. Is there anyone that can assist me with this? Anyone working at another Insurance compaby that can give me insurance to cover this and they handle my claim as they are supposed to. I will not recommend Nedbank for any insurance at all.
