BROKEN TRUST & SAFETY OF OUR MONIES

I would like to lay an official complaint regarding the outcome of the ********** case that was logged ref: CCM ***6 | 2021E7271, as I’m not happy with the feedback. A ********** activity transpired in my account without my knowledge and the *********/s were able to take money out of my account. I strongly believe a Bank is an Institution that we (customers) TRUST in keeping our money safe but that TRUST has been broken.
