Bring back the money

<p>Back in 2015 October I withdrew cash in one of nedbank Atm in Thembani centre Khayelitsha. i didn't get it yet later my bank reported R1500 ******. i went to Khayelitsha mall to report to a guy called Thabiso. he since told me to wait for investigation. kept calling and said people who came after e got refund except me. i have been patiently waiting till today. is that fair?</p>
