Brilliant Service from Nedbank Card ***** Division

Nedbank Card ***** Division have the most amazing system and people. Besides two previous well handled experiences in the last 5 years, I have just again experienced their brilliant service. While doing a new company implemented email verification system yesterday, something seemed awry, and I was sure that I was going to be charged an amount that I should not be charged for from a suspect overseas site. This morning I received an SMS from Nedbank ***** about the attempted transaction, I called the number and the agent assisted me brilliantly by blocking my current credit card and ordering me a new card immediately. Kudos to Nedbank Card ***** Division.
