Brilliant Service, Brilliant Bank

My wallet went missing the other day, from the window at my house. It was found just down the road by a concerned citizen and they called me to say they had cancelled my cards. They ordered new ones for me; they were both delivered within 3 days of ordering. No queues because they get delivered to a locker. DSV. They also were the only bank who got back to me for a business account. I had app**** with FNB (who was my preferred bank and with whom I already have an account for 13 years), no reply. ABSA, no reply, Nedbank, helped me through the process and set me up with a personal and business account. Their service has been fantastic from the moment I signed up. Their banking app is easy to use, their greenbacks awards are worth the R23 spent with my American Express card. Excellent all round banking, personal, like in the old days...
