Brilliant Service

A day before our country' country's lockdown, I went to the Nedbank the Rosebank Mall branch , I didn't have to wait at all. I was assisted by a staff member and redirected to a consultant who was also very professional in his advices regarding the type of bank account I have, and provided a suitable solution to my dilemma.

All the staff is not only professional and respectful but very friendly too and this includes the security personnel. This was not the first time I had interacted with staff from this particular branch bit more than anything they know their work and if they the consultant isn't sure of the client's query they always redirect you to the correct consultant.Nedbank you have impressed me during this trying time of covid19.
