Brilliant Service

Good day,

I submitted a complaint against the dealership for a vehicle that I purchased from. Mfc was very kind and informative on the phone and when Robin gave me a call to explain my rights and sharing of his knowledge of the industry he really assured me that all will be well. He completely took over negotiations with the dealership and made them understand that the issues must be resolved. I could not get this done myself.

He was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. He really put my mind to ease and was available whenever I needed advice or assistance. I would like to Proudly say that my complaints have been sorted out and I am the proud owner of an awesome vehicle finance through an amazing bank with amazing service MFC!
