Brilliant customer service

I would just like to compliment Annalene at Nedbank Musgrave branch for the fantastic service that she has always given to us with regards to foreign exchange and overseas transfer. My son is in Netherlands for short term secondment and needed monies to be transferred to him overseas. If the person that originally had done his work properly we would have had no problems. Annalene always went the extra mile and even assisted us we she was late for her bus one evening. Service like this is hard to find so please treasure her.<br> <br> regards<br> <br> Rabia
