Breach in Confidentiality

Nedbank Credit Card Division. Terrible service. Can't get through to them on call centre number. Card division breached confidentiality with details of my Acc. Still waiting for response from the Team Leader, still waiting to listen to recording of call. Can't believe this happens in banking sector where so much emphasis is placed on confidentiality.
