Branch too small

I was trying to get into Nedbank Sasolburg and that place is very small. Yo u would swear that the branch can only take 5 people. Who did the branch planning for this particular branch knowing that Sasolburg branch caters for Zamdela, Jerry Gwala and the Town areas as well. When such things are approved we need to consider that majority of our black people still need face to face assistance. Even though the world is moving digital. But we can be forced to squashed like that in a brnach. It is not hygienic as well. Please do something. That place is too small
