*********** branch personnel and horrible service

We are a group of ladies who have 2 investment accounts. It has been a horrible experience since January trying to get our money. The Consultants are *********** and gives information in drips a draps instead of providing holistic service. I had log a complaint with the 1st investment, the branch manager called and the matter was resolved within a day. Now, we are due for the second payout and guess what, the Consultants forgot to register a notice. The worst thing is now, the Branch Manager is silent and have not responded to a single complaint that the members logged.

We are working professionals and the matter at hands requires visits to the Branch, at who's expense since ALL they have demonstrated was nothing BUT INCOMPETENCE.
