branch did not submit my fica docs so i need to go back and redo

<p>I am not impressed with Nedbanks poor service. I collected my SAA voyage credit card from the branch in 2016 and processed all my fica docs - i have been using the credit card for the past two years only to be told today that sorry the branch did not submit the fica docs to their fica department so i am expected to go back to the branch and redo fica. A bank charges you for every service that they do for you shouldnt they compensate us for our time or get a bank representayive to vist me and redo fica</p>
