Brain dead call centre Nedbank staff!!

Nedbank must be the bank with the most incompetant staff ever. Last night I wanted to just.pay a bill at 11pm and now at 3am, I have not only not.paid the bill, but due to the **** service or lack there off qnd stupid advise from staff and manager, been completely locked out of my account. I can not believe that they employ such stupid people...even getting a cell no or id no right takes at least 4-5times of repeating. I would be very embarrassed to say I work for Nedbank.
