Bounces debit orders with funds in the account

On my internet banking statement the credit of the EFT (to cover my debit orders) reflects in my account, and only after that credit it reflects that Nedbank bounced 2 of my debit orders. And obviously charged me R70 per debit order they bounced!
At first I called the internet helpdesk (which is advertised as ***and ***) 4 times and hung on almost 5 minutes each time. Eventually I left a message to return my call.
I gave up and then tried to resolve this matter by calling the branch, who said they cannot honor the debit orders nor reverse the charges; and asked me to call ***.
I called this nr and the lady eventually referred me back to the branch.
Why does everyone keep passing the buck??
It is clear that the debit orders were returned before the EFT was credited to the account, all debits and credits transacted around midnight 2 February.
I simply need the debit orders to be paid, and those charges reversed. I have never ever had a return check or debit order and this obviously reflects negative on my credit record!
