bond still in debt review

my house bond is in debt review at nedbank. I have come out of debt review over 3 months ago and the clearance certificate has been sent to nedbank over a month ago. Every time I phone the consultants dont seem to know what to tell me when I ask if my bond has returned back to its normal status so that I can re calculate payments etc.<br> All i get is we will see to it phone back in a week> its been 2 weeks since I spoke to someone and again I phoned today and got the same response The manager is in a meeting> I cant believe that Nedbank employee does not know what to do when a bond is been rehabilitated.<br> This is extremely poor service.<br>
