Bond restructured and judgement taken afterwards

My bond was restructured with nedbank recently and and I was provided with the restructured statement which indicated that my arrears are zerorised. Nedbank home loan however placed a judgement afterwards. Now I am waiting for a job offer the judgement is hampering my new job. Can someone at nedbank please attend to this mess ASAP
