bond repayment

I bought a house in 2006 at sebokeng zone 14. Nedbank financed me and I was assisted by an agent Mr Manaba. It was a reposesed house. I never stayed in the house until today but im still paying the bond. The previous owner doesnt want to be moved out of the house. Nedbank said they couldnt assist me. I dont understand why am i paying for the house that im not staying at. I need my refund from Nedbank.
