Bond repayment

We had bought property through Nedbank and transfer and the conveyance process was completed on 16 March 2022. Problem started when we had to move into the property where it was discovered that apparently the attorney selected by the agency has not completed the seller's transfer process, now causing the seller to refuse to evacuate the property. Furthermore it was discovered that the attorney is not part of the lawyers association. We went back to Nedbank attornies and informed them that we have not been able to occupy the property since then but they still keep deducting monthly till date. .
