Bond query

I've been calling nedbank home loans for the whole morning, I've made 3 attempts and i. Would be on a que for more than 45 minutes and still can't get through to an agent, can I be called this is absolutely poor service, it's upsetting because a person would pick up the line and put you on hold, we are not using toll free numbers to call you guys, we buy airtime, please may we, be treated with respect, this is poor service and you are inconveniencing us the time we spent on the line and still not getting assistance it's frustrating
