Bond payment

Good Day

My house recently registered with Nedbank on the 17th of August 2017 and if I understand te rules and regulations correctly then there have to be a month before the first payment should be made. The bank wanted to charge me my first full instalment on the 8th of September 2017 As of today I did not have the money available (already paid the months rent etc.) so I had to move the date up and until the 25th just to get the money together to pay the loan. I mean that is really unacceptable even if I gave notice at the place I am staying on the 17th I still had to pay for the month.

I really think Nedbank can start thinking about this and help their clients seeing I am a loyals client of the all my accounts and vehicle finance are with them and this is how you get treated.
