Bond payed up/title deed issues

This bad is run by ********, my father has paid the bond in full however to get the tittle deed has been a mission impossible, he was instructed to pay to multiple account for lawyers but when bank is contacted they haven’t been able to assist, this has been a stressful process of my elderly parents, would never work with such a a bank that doesn’t want to take accountability.
