****** hell

I waited over an hr just to open a bank account for an 11 year old. The ticket system does not even work coz others walk right in wait by the door of consultants they know n walk in as soon as the consultant is free. N guess wat they get served without tickets. The other consultant was with a client for over m hr n when done she walked the client to the parking lot came back n disappeared. The only guy who did his at most best was the guy at the ticket desk he was calm ran around n tried to help every one.
