blocking my account

I have a Nedbank account and 1 saturday afternoon after work I wanted to withdraw money from my account and the system said transaction could not be completed.I contacted the call centre they said it was because I swiped my card for over 5 thousand rand on one day i work 6 days a week and is only allowed to do my personal stuff on my off day wish is ones a month. When I went to Steeldale the consultant said my account was blocked for fica pursuses I handed all the documents in and was told I can use my new account wish I wss told by them to open immediately but that was not true when I went back to them it was said it takes 24 to 48 hrs. It is now 3 days when I went to Alberton branch they also saif it ws because of fica but it would take 5 working days. Who do you believe.
