blocking accounts without warning

One star is to high, Nedbank blocks accounts without warning for FACTA reporting. why do they not request the info. it is all my different businesses accounts. Somebody has big power to do it, trust me your money is not safe in Nedbank, Been holding on the line for 27 minutes listening to a crummy computer voice that they busy, clearly they should employ proper staff, disgusting.... off to open new accounts elsewhere
