Blocked Nedbank card

I actually found it amusing to read all the bad reviews 😅. So what Nedbank did to me is, without warning, blocked my card. I went to the Eastgate branch (must say the service was good - Sisanda was most helpful). But let me not digress, because Sisanda's friendly service is not going to redeem Nedbank. Apparently I was not verified. That is despite the fact that I jumped through all their little hoops via the banking app a few months ago. Strangest way to treat your LAW ABIDING clients, isn't it? Cost me an hour out of my BUSY day.
