Blocked Nedbank account

Absolutely terrible service. Blocked my account for receiving funds for a trading service, I filled a case and was told an investigator would get back to me within 3-5 working days. It's been over a week and no reply. Lost the 15 000 ZAR of my own funds in the trading service for not being able to provide the service because the account was blocked and nedbank also reversed 15 000 ZAR for reasons they won't share with me, as they put it "only the investigator of your case can give you details about your account"
