blocked my account on pay day!?

firstly i would like to say thank you to Nedbank for sorting out my ***** case so efficiently. I was truelly impressed by the service. But i have another issue now. Nedbank did not warn me that I needed to Fica my account and they have blocked it ON PAY DAY. I have acounts to pay, a car that needs petrol and need to feed myself. How can this be remotely fair? block my account for 7 - 10 days without prior warning, not an sms or even an email. Nevertheless, iv been into the nearest branch, filled in all the necessary paperwork etc to lift the ban. I need it done promptly as i have accounts and things to pay that were due yesterday. very selfish, imagine i was not a student and had children to feed and bills to pay. its time to investigate another bank.
