BLOCKED CARD WITHOUT ALERT!!!!!!!

NEDBANK JUST BLOCKED MY CARD WITHOUT ANY ALERT. This has been the second time and I will be switching to a new bank

Plus trying to get the matter fixed I was on the line with 5 different people sending me from pillar to post!!!! No assistance
