Blocked card

My card has been blocked a week ago. I haven't get any response nothing. My money is stuck there I can't do anything have paid rent haven't bought food. My kids are suffering.. While I have money in my account but I can't use it. It hurting as I'm writing now if I don't get my money next week. I won't be able to go to work and that will lead me to get fired because I don't have money for transport.. I've been using nedbank for years but they unable to help me.
