Blocked business account for FICA without notification

<p>Our business account has been blocked without notification because we did not update our address etc. We have a personal banker that we very seldomly get hold of and pay 5000 towards bank charges for what? Why have a relationship manager when there is no communication. Isnt this something that they should have communicated to me? Now our account is blocked for 3 days minimum. its a joke. I will defintely need to move my business to a cheaper bank that actually cares about me and my business. I am totally frustrated and so angry with Nedbank. I hate the fact that we are banking with such a expensive useless bank.</p>
