Blocked app due to FICA

Yhooo, Nedbank can send you to a mental institution serious. Early April I received a call that I need to update my fica details, I refused to do it over the phone (for obvious reasons), i was then advised to do it over the App or visit a branch. I did it over the app and also received an acknowledgment message that my update was successful. Around the 23rd of April I realised that my app has been blocked, i called the call centre I need to update my fica at the bank. I then went to the bank(festival mall) on the 2nd of may, i was told that my fica is fine I just needed to complete a personal information update form, which i did. After the visit my app was working. On the 4th of may my app is blocked again!!. I swear my account has been handed to an intern who does not even have supervision, that is how my account is of less importance to Nedbank!!!!😔😔😔 am so disappointed serious.
