Blocked account with no explanation

I am very disappointed with the poor service by your ***** dept its appalling. 2 weeks ago, I received a phone call from a very rude lady who could not even introduce herself claiming my account is going to be blocked due to some ***** story I did not even make out what she was trying to say before I could understand she dropped the phone and a fay later I received a call stating my ID account has been blocked. I went to the bank after a couple of days mind you taking time off my busy schedule and I was told an email has been sent to the ***** team still today i have not received any feedback it's been a week now when I call the branch, they keep saying they will send the email and call me they never do .. So, what the hell is going on with my account.
