Blocked account

I am beginning to regret switching my salary to nedbank. I was told recently I need to submit fica documents, which were done when I opened my account. Submitted my documents anyways and was told that I will be called because my account is pending verification. I've been to the bank twice now and still this has not been resolved. I have no access to my money, I can't pay debtors and when I do "send imali" to myself, that does not work either. I'm out of options now. my account is on overdraft and its not even my fault but I will have to pay. This is more than a coincident. I'm really thinking of moving back to my previous bank because this is just ridiculous..
