Blocked account at nedbank

My name is Reforce Mokoena I wouldn't recommend anyone ,friend or family member due to experience I have with nedbank.they have blocked my account from 29/07/2021 for two weeks no reason given on their system when I enquire at the branch. I submitted the requested documents no response .this is a nonsense bank they don't care about their clients
