Blocked account

Good day am disatisfied with Nedbank ***** and how they treat pansioners .my father can't access his money because they decided to block his account without a clear explanation of what happened to the account . Now the old money doesn't even have the money for his medicals while Nedbank is holding the account for what we don't know .please assist GFCFS7905
