Blocked account.

Hi, I'm very disappointed in Nedbanks service, my account has been blocked since from the 13/01/2021 after I made a transaction paying someone money I owed. So the person I'm paying says and doesn't believe that I made the transaction. I spoke to Portia from the ***** department and i confirmed that i know the transaction. My account is still blocked, I further went to Chris hani branch to fix this and I was advised that the ***** department is not answering the phone. For 4 days the ***** department is not answering the phone, which I feel is very ridiculous, I have proof of payment from where I got the money but still no one is able to unblock my account. Please advise as a matter of urgency. I even tried calling the head office. Nedbanks service is pathetic.
